Australian College of Educators: A professional organisation that independently represents educators from all Australian sectors. Produce journals and research that is worthwhile reading. May be joining forces with ACEL.
Australian Council of Educational Leaders: A professional organisation that is focussed on educating, assisting and connecting current and future leaders in Australian education. May be joining forces with ACE.
Computer Studies Teachers Association: A professional organisation designed to support the teachers of Computing Studies in New South Wales. The main thrust of the organisation is to provide resources, professional development and a network of collegial support. They also have a newsgroup on Yahoo Newsgroups.
International Society for Technology in Education (ISTE): From their website: “ISTE provides leadership and service to improve teaching, learning, and school leadership by advancing the effective use of technology in PK–12 and teacher education.
