Virtual Worlds: Starting the Challenges, again

For several years I have been experimenting with how to teach and implement Virtual Worlds within my Year 10 Information and Software Technology course. In the beginning I was much more directive in the teaching of skills and content. I taught the students directly how to develop their avatars, how to build and how to manipulate their own lands. This developed into a more student enquiry based approach and now I have it focussed on student driven learning through challenges and collaboration. Enjoy the photo’s below.
